About the Founder – Mr. Adi Swarup Patnaik
At the helm of Adi Swarup Group, Mr. Adi Swarup Patnaik, having 25+ Years of astute experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) Sectors, has been instrumental in founding the Quasi Banking institutions, with a vision to inculcate habit of Thrift among people and to help the small entrepreneurs to fullfill their business needs by offering Gold Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property.
An astute and charismatic leader, Mr. Adi Swarup is driven by the idea of transforming the lives of rural people through Financial Inclusion from it’s Quasi Banking Entities and serving the rural and semi-urban areas in the Godavari & Uttarandhra Districts.
Born and brought up in Velama Kothuru Villige, a Village nearby Tuni Town of East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, a young Mr. Adi Swarup kick started his career after finishing his B.Com joined Shriram Group’s Shriram Chits as an Executive Trainee in 1997.
He worked in various capacities spanning over 25+ years and was associated with Shriram Chits, AMP Sanmar, Kapil Chits, Dhanalaxmi Bank, Axis Bank & DCB Bank. His rich and varied experience spans in Chits, Finance, Insurance, and Banking Sectors dealing with Business Development, Branch Set up, Branch Profitability Driving, Credit Sanctioning and Designing Customer Friendly Financial Products.
